	1. Can my existing doors or windows be tuned-up / repaired? ANSWER: The vast majority of ill-fitting, leaky, damaged doors and windows we inspect can be tuned-up or repaired. Most folks are surprised at what we can do. Hardware repaired or replaced. Glass replaced. Weather stripping repaired or replaced. Tune-up services extraordinaire!

	2. Should I repair my vintage wood sash windows or replace them? ANSWER #1: If you want to preserve your windows, we can almost do miracles. ANSWER #2: If you want to replace them with new sash windows, we’re the experts.

	3. Does your company provide new doors and windows, or will your company install client-supplied doors and windows? ANSWER: Yes, and yes. Either way.

	4. What brand of windows and doors does your company work on and/or recommend? ANSWER: View an extensive list of the brands of doors and windows we can repair or install. Whatever recommendations we make will be guided by your budget, your preferences, and the applications.

	7. How much will the work cost? ANSWER: We will generate a quote in-writing that lists everything that is and is not included. All pertinent costs will be included, sometimes itemized when appropriate, and reasonable. Please be patient with our bidding department if you can. They bear the greatest work load in our company and may be overwhelmed.

	8. Do you sell doors or windows for someone else to install? ANSWER: No. We are not a retailer. We only sell doors and windows that we are installing.

	9. Will you do small jobs? ANSWER: Yes, absolutely and enthusiastically.

	10. Will your company paint (finish) the doors and windows you install? ANSWER: We have several painters we know of, that we can refer you to, if interested.
