Uploading the correct photos will allow us to serve you more quickly and greatly increase the accuracy of the estimate we provide to you.
No matter what type of product or opening we are being asked to bid on, we ask that pictures be taken from both inside and outside. Please stand far enough away to capture the entire product and surrounding wall materials.
Whatever part of a product is malfunctioning, broken, damaged, etc., please take close ups of the issues with your product open and closed (If applicable).
Providing rough measurements: if we are replacing glass, a window sash, door panel, window etc. are extremely helpful. Even if we are not replacing any product it is VERY HELPFUL to have dimensions of the product that we are working on
Once we have this information, your project can be assigned to an estimator in our quote queue. Thank you for your interest in our services.
All three photos below are good, but if we only get a close up shot we won't know how big the window is or how hard it will be to get to from the outside of the building.
