Diana was very helpful over the phone and took the time to talk about what we needed and what they could do for us. Jared came out and worked on the door for most of the day, removing & replacing the door many times until it was as close to perfect as possible. He set up his work bench and tools under a canopy in the front yard. We really appreciate him not using our house as a workshop. He cleaned up thoroughly & was very conscientious about not making a mess or damaging anything in the house or doorway. He clearly enjoys his work, a rarity these days. We are going to have them do more work on a different house.
