I am writing this to tell you I am very pleased with the work that was done on my door. You not only were quick to respond to my call but the young man (Brandon) went above and beyond the call of duty. He really did an excellent job of finding a piece of wood that came as close as possible to matching the grain in the door. He was also very quick in returning the door. I really appreciate this. I would feel more than willing to recommend you to anybody who might need your services.

Russell & Brandon did such a nice job. They left the garage space where they worked in better condition than it was before they came. We love the new glass and you couldn’t have sent nicer service techs to work on our home.

You guys did a good job on the doors, everything is working sweet, I really appreciate that.

I was referred to you by the Home Carpet Center. I was very impressed with the work you did on my daughter’s pocket doors. I am an interior decorator and I come across many workers, but your guys were very professional and courteous. They did not put their tool boxes on the wood floors, they were very friendly yet unobtrusive and worked diligently to get the job done. They had enough forethought to give my daughter a business card, which at the time she gladly accepted yet thought she wouldn’t have need to use…the very next day she came across a friend that she referred to you!

We are very happy with the repairs to the church doors. All of your crew were very professional.

After some difficulty we have had with other contractors, it was wonderful to work with your company. The techs were detail oriented, cleaned up afterwards and they were very nice. I can’t think of a better combination from the customer side.

People these days seem to find it so easy to complain about anything they can find to complain about. I am writing, conversely, to compliment you on what seems to be a well run company which can deliver what you offer-doors. I was recently burgled and made several calls to contractors and such. My door was easily kicked in, thieves took what they could hock and were gone. I had considered installing a metal frame for the door but the solution of a properly installed “bull-dog” strike plate was the way to go.
Your office coordinator who answers the phone was very helpful, considerate and expedient. She even called me at home well after 7 PM to advise me that someone would be out in the morning to do this emergency job. Mike, who was assigned to my case, showed up on time, did a good job and was even a decent guy to talk to. So there you have it. Job well done. Keep up the good work and continued success!
