Diana was very helpful over the phone and took the time to talk about what we needed and what they could do for us. Jared came out and worked on the door for most of the day, removing & replacing the door many times until it was as close to perfect as possible. He set up his work bench and tools under a canopy in the front yard. We really appreciate him not using our house as a workshop. He cleaned up thoroughly & was very conscientious about not making a mess or damaging anything in the house or doorway. He clearly enjoys his work, a rarity these days. We are going to have them do more work on a different house.

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the work Tim and his crew had done on our home! They were on time, professional, left the work site clean and did a very nice job on the repairs.

First I wanted to say thank you…the windows are wonderful! I love them, and they will really help with our energy costs in summer and winter. Last night I went upstairs and found it a bit stuffy. I opened up the 4 new windows and the cross breeze cooled it down in about 15 minutes!

Your company came out to re-fit my front door. I wanted to express my thanks for you for doing such a good job. Everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful.
For three years I have had problems with my front door. Either I could not get it open, or I couldn’t get it shut. I run a day care business out of my home so my door is used constantly. We all got used to leaning our shoulder into it to get it to open. If finally opens the way a door should. The men that came out were very courteous and professional. I hardly knew they were here. They took the time to show me what was wrong and why it was happening. They replaced the screws, cleaned up the mess and were on their way within an hour. They did a fantastic job and I really appreciated it. It is nice to find a company with such integrity. If I ever have any other problems, you’ll be the only door replacement company I call.
